FEES:
A booking fee of_________is due at the signing of this
contract.
This fee is deductible from the Stallion Service fee
of _________which is payable upon mare being removed from breeding farm.
The Stallion Service fee includes a (LFG) Live Foal Guarantee. If the mare
fails to conceive and produce a live foal that is able to nurse the mare
owner is entitled to a return for service with no additional service fees
other than mare care and related veterinary expenses. The stallion owner
may request a veterinary certificate stating the mare is fit to breed and
free of disease.
This contract shall be null and void with a refund of
stallion service fees if the stallion or mare should die or become unfit
for service prior to the servicing of the mare in the present breeding
season. Mare owner may substitute another mare with the prior written request
of the stallion owner. Additional fees: Before removing the mare from the breeding
farm a daily boarding fee of _______ per day must be paid regardless of
the outcome of the breeding, plus related veterinary expenses.
BREEDER’S CERTIFICATE
A breeder’s certificate will be issued upon the birth
of a live foal and will be provided within 30 days of written notification
to the Stallion owner. The mare owner is required to provide written
information on the pedigree and necessary breeding information at the time
of signing this contract for the mare.
ON-ASSIGNMENT
This contract cannot be assigned or transferred by the
mare owner without written permission of the Stallion owner. This contract
shall be governed by the laws of the commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
THIS IS A BINDING CONTRACT ON BOTH PARTIES, SUBJECT TO
THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS STATED.
